Cloud Security Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Work on collection and validation of requirements. Identify risks, threats, vulnerabilities, potential anomalous flows, and interactions. Work with security processes for assurance, management, and compliance. Define security subsystems, and the design of integration and deployment architectures for security in networks, infrastructure, middleware, applications and systems and service management systems. Perform evaluation and selection of the components, design of hardware, software, process and service components of the solution, assurance of deployment architectures, and guide secure engineering practices in development. Act as subject matter expert in regulatory bodies cloud requirements, review newly introduced regulations that impact cloud environments worldwide. Advise and prototype how to become compliant with emerging security standards from differing industry regulatory bodies and national regulatory works. Utilize: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloud Access Security Broker, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Palo Alto Prisma. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Managing Consultant, Security Architect or related.
