Job Details

Responsibilities include:
Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise-wide strategy for Identity and Access Management
Drive implementation, adoption and advanced use of security tools and best practices tailored to workloads running in AWS
Provide architectural guidance through security requirements and policy creation
Create and implement security-as-code solutions within CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment
Collaborate with Product Security and Development Teams to conduct end-to-end security architecture reviews
Participate in tier 2 & 3 response to security incidents as a member of the Incident Response Team

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Security preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an information Security or related role
Strong background in IAM-related concepts and technologies
Minimum of 1-2 years AWS experience; AWS Security Specialty certification preferred
Have implemented authentication & authorization technologies across multiple platforms
Have implemented security-as-code solutions using declarative languages and automated pipelines

Desired Skills

Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, switch between contexts quickly, and be able to architect solutions for both
Clear and concise communication, documentation, and report writing skills
Demonstration of continuing ability to self-teach

Strong knowledge of the following concepts and technologies:
Identity Federation
Device Authentication
Secrets Management
Hashicorp Vault, Cyberark, AWS Secrets Manager, or related tools
Cloud-Native Application Authentication & Authorization Technologies
Open Policy Agent
Kubernetes RBAC
Authentication protocols (esp. SAML & Kerberos)
Certificate Management & Certificate-based Authentication
Microsoft Active Directory
AWS Managed Microsoft AD
Azure Active Directory
