-Provides guidance on security strategies, processes, response and technologies to security operations and other teams.

-Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Microsoft Azure platforms

-Work with the Security Architect to design and implement cloud-native or hybrid cloud architectures and designs that will allow those requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk

-Routing, Firewall policy, Anti-DDoS, Load Balancing, Kubernetes, Web Application Firewall, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Security Information and Event Management, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Identity and authentication, virtualization, DevSecOps, micro services architecture.

-Provide documentation and as built designs to the Engineering teams

-Develop technical solutions to help mitigate observed security gaps and vulnerabilities

-Align to widely accepted security standards and frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy

-Adapt security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge

-Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
