Cloud Security SME

The Opportunity:

Everyone is trying to "harness the cloud," but not everyone knows how to secure it. As a cloud security architect, you know how to assess and implement requirements that ensure the safety of information systems and protect them against intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. What if you could use your cloud security skills to improve warfighter communications? We need you to help us develop cloud-based security architectures for some of the industry's most critical systems.

As a cloud security architect on our team, you'll define, communicate, and implement security architecture to support mission-critical operations. You'll recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources to address the risk management framework (RMF). Your technical experience will be vital as you work with customers and migration teams to ensure standards are met with information assurance and security requirements. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to secure your customer's environment. You'll sharpen your skills in cloud-based security while collaborating with tomorrow's cloud security experts.

Help us transform and secure warfighter communications with cloud technology.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

* Experience with software planning, analysis, design, or development in a cloud environment
* Knowledge of the software development life cycle and development methodologies
* Knowledge of centralized logging, web app firewalls, RBAC and ABAC, vulnerability scanning, cloud native architectures, or Zero Trust
* Secret clearance
* Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

* Experience with DoD CSSP or Cloud One C5ISR activities
* Knowledge of DoD accreditation processes
* DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
