Your responsibilities
The department Cyber / IT Security is within the CISO Organization and ensures IT security aspects in IT infrastructure, applications and cloud activities. Three core activities are lying in the department, IT Security Operations, Identity and Access Management and IT Security Architecture & Design. For IT Security Operations the department contracted a managed security service provider and for Identity and Access Management it is planned to find a right partner.

Develop and maintain Secure Software Development (DevSecOps) roadmap and portfolio of solutions
Work with application delivery teams to implement different DevSecOps solutions in their application infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines
Lead Software Security Group and Security Champions program for 20+ different software development teams
Maintain and further develop Application Security Framework and derivative Secure Development Guidelines
Act as IT Security stakeholder and evangelist in RWE’s software development activities, cloud migration, Kubernetes & Container adoption

Your powerful skills

Completed studies, preferably in the field of (Business) Informatics, computer science or similar working experience
3+ years of professional experience in Dev(Sec)Ops as an engineer / developer or solution architect
2+ years in development and operations of Kubernetes Clusters
Deep technical skills in usage of DevSecOps tools in CI / CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure
Excellent command of English
Good knowledge of SDLC threat landscape
Certified and experience in either Azure or AWS (at least Associate)
Passionate, results-orientated, and enthusiastic

Advantageous, but not a must

German language skills appreciated
OWASP 10 familiarity is a strong advantage
Kubernetes Certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
